Acupuncture: Inserting sterile, ultra fine needles into points on 12 Primary Channels and Secondary (Sinew, Luo, Divergent, and Extraordinary) Channels of the body
Moxibustion: Burning the herb Mugwort (artemesia vulgaris) in proximity to the body for medicinal purposes. Moxa can warm points without touching the skin, or be burned directly on the skin (without blistering).
Tui Na massage: Chinese massage moves Blood and Qi to restore movement, expel stagnation, and relieve pain.
Cupping: This technique expels stagnant Qi and Blood by bringing it to the surface of the body with gentle suction. Plastic and glass cups are sterilized between uses. In Fire Cupping, we heat glass cups to simultaneously create suction and warm areas of the body with stuck blood.
Gua Sha; In Gua Sha we use a soft edged spoon to break up stagnant blood and restore movement.
Sinew Releases: Sinew Releases restore natural patterns of movement and release learned patterns to free the body and reduce pain.
